By downloading, installing, or using Ecomunity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Ecomunity is a mobile application that provides ecommerce entrepreneurs with AI-powered guidance, a community platform, gamification features, and tools to build and grow their online stores.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Ecomunity
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• One account per person
• You may not transfer your account to another person

You agree NOT to:

• Post spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Share illegal content or promote illegal activities
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Use the app for any purpose other than legitimate ecommerce business development

You retain ownership of content you create on Ecomunity (posts, comments, notes, journal entries). By posting content, you grant Ecomunity a non-exclusive license to display that content to other users of the platform.

The AI mentor feature provides general ecommerce guidance and should not be considered professional financial, legal, or business advice. Results may vary. Ecomunity is not responsible for business decisions made based on AI mentor suggestions.

• The free plan is available at no cost
• Pro subscription is €9.99/month or €69.99/year
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time from your device’s subscription settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies
• We offer a 7-day free trial for new Pro subscribers

Ecomunity, its logo, and all content created by Ecomunity are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Ecomunity’s proprietary content without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.

Ecomunity is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain.

We will notify you of significant changes to these Terms via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance.
